Coyard Coffee roasters is a home-grown business with a solid base of customers in which the focus for the second branch was to providing a comfortable homey atmosphere suitable for study, friends catching up, while majority of customers are expected to be coming from the neighborhood.

To combat the sun heat, a rotatable Mashraabiya was added to the facade allowing full control of sun penetration to the space.
