This villa is one of the projects were a lot of challenges have been faced such as budget constrained design, picky client and tight space with dense client programme.

My role in the project concludes in: Managing the project between design team and client, Managing the engineering design and interior design coordinating with the architectural design, developed the interior renders, worked on construction documents and the BOQ.
