Villa A
I arrived at a time when the joinery works were in progress, I helped developing most of the joinery details during the construction and after wards when the client kept asking for modifications here and there.
Interior design
Client intention was to enhance the guest areas with an elegant and fancy look. Here some of the interior renders.
Construction documents were generated for each of the spaces
Swimming pool
The client decided he wanted a swimming pool instead of plantation, while planting will be dedicated in the 2nd floor greenhouse that will be constructed as well.
Water feature
Client wanted to change the existing water feature because “why not?”
Green house
Client wanted to utilize and expand the existing 2nd floor terrace and make it a green house instead the one that got replaced by the swimming pool, because he can.
Featuring planter boxes and hydroponic plantation system, the goal is to cultivate as much house plants as possible that can be used for the household needs.
To give enhanced green house feeling, the top structural frames are also used to hang plants creating a more dense plant environment.
To cover this area while allowing for sun light to penetrate, a combination of perforated panels and plexi-glass sheets are used to enclose the space.
